Creating an Email list from your Cart/Kiosk Customers?
Email is an incredible marketing tool. With its widespread reach and viral potential, it allows your business to connect with prospects in ways that no other marketing medium can. But getting the your kiosk/cart customers to give you their email addresses can be difficult.
One of the best ways to collect emails from the customers is by offering warranty.
The item will be under the vendor’s warranty only if provided an email (it is a proof of purchase).
Try also to collect PH number. If you have that let the customer know you will be calling within a few days to make sure they do not have any difficulties with the goods.
This would be the best time to try and up sell over the phone. It will also allow you to solve problems by phone instead of at the store.
The most important result of this would be- your sales reps will do their best to make the client happy, in order to make sure they can get some phone sales later.
