Using a Facebook Group to Help Manage Your Retail Workers

At Helios, we created a closed facebook group only to be seen by our retail workers. They post business related content, share tips, videos and daily success stories. This is both fun and motivational, and gives them the feeling of belonging to a tightly knit organization.
I also use the page to communicate with everyone - provide schedules, new leads and tips for better sales and I know everyone in the group knows what is going on.
My employees post real-time updates time and all the rest of the workers can see this. Thisalso works better if you run more than one location - there is from friendly competition and motivation throughout the day!
If my employees are going to be on Facebook at work, I would rather have them on my business page!
