Best Time to Negotiate with The Mall?
Timing is very important!
First, it is great to have a couple of options to run with, so if one center does not give you what you need - you can always approach another center in your area.
As we get towards the end of the year the centers would rather rent space than have it open and not occupied. This might be tricky and might not work, but if you have alternatives- wait as long as you can so you can get the best bargain for your $$$
